When i was in india i was skinny as fuck came to canada and gain weight. When I was 13-14 i was very fat i had fat under my chin a lot. My weight was 150-180 not sure when i was 13 as you guessed a cubby fat kid. after a while i went somewhere and i lost 40 pounds in 6 months people were calling me fat so i decided to come back to my house and gain my weight to 170 in just couple of months it was school holiday that time.     If you want to have muscles, you can't have 500 calories in minus. This way you will lose weight and muscles. Then you will be a fragile little boy.

    You should be 500 in caloric surplus if you want muscle. You should also eat fat to build muscle.

    I need to lose a lot of weight.Around 20-30 kilos.What would be a good way to start?

    I lost 15 kilos at the army but i got them back again so i need to lose them again.

    What you suggest?
