    just count your calories! how much do you need to hold your weight and this minus ~500 . ~200g protein daily and gym + cardio = best body

    thats an easy way to loose fat!

    If you want to have muscles, you can't have 500 calories in minus. This way you will lose weight and muscles. Then you will be a fragile little boy.

    You should be 500 in caloric surplus if you want muscle. You should also eat fat to build muscle.

    I need to lose a lot of weight.Around 20-30 kilos.What would be a good way to start?

    I lost 15 kilos at the army but i got them back again so i need to lose them again.

    your height is already on your DNA.
    It is decided by how tall your father and grandfather is (your older generation).
    and you will grow until 21 i think so no need to worry
