Problem with .bz2

Hi all,

I have a file called backup2011.sql
I have tar'ed it and now its backup.bz2

I downloaded the backup.bz2 to my pc, windows XP and unpacked it with winrar.
The unpacked file isn't backup2011.sql but just backup (like the .bz2 file name)

I'm wondering, what went wrong? why it doesnt extract properly? Why it doesnt extract backup2011.sql ?

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Also, tried with winrar & 7zip, same results.
Also?, renaming the unpacked file to backup.SQL doesn't work.
