    But how did you upload 1TB with free user account, if only 500GB is available for free users?

    EDIT: There must be a catch why you haven't got one single download, something you didn't do right.
    It's almost impossible to get 0 downloads with Filesonic.

    yep, no disc space limit in FSN for free users, unlike FS where you have only 500GB

    i also had this problem but it was cox that i didnt selected any program that is PPD or PPS,i think zoom uploader is uploading files some where else
    filesonic does gives u downloads

    You should submit ticket to filesonic ,there must be some error.

    you may try download your own file by log out filesonic and see if stats updated or not.
