Datalife Engine - 2 Question for script

I have 2 problem on my site.

First one I select Seo Style 2 on control panel.
thats convert my url id-xxx-xxx.html .

But I want only xxx-xxx.html . No id number.

And the other mod I want;

How to use "User Profile Additional" on User search ?

Can I add user search this function ?

Sorry my terrible english. If you know mods for this situations can you give mod link to me ?
