Can you help me for wordpress,:

I have 2 requests:
1.Why in my main page www.1991x.com is showing full post, (what i should to do for showing only first image + some text )

2.How can i move "Other" in the end of all categorys: http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/6841/91307509.png

1. After the image, add " <!--more--> " in your post.

2. Not possible because wordpress detects categories in alphabetical ORDER.

1. i know that way, but does exist any plugin or something like that ? coz some new uploaders are posting with out <!--more-->

then add many function on your editor (like front page)
