And didn't everybody say you should pay someone to make you a neat logo - cause you are just not able to create something good looking..

btw, i would rather use a plain grey text instead of that "effects"

Ok here is the tips:

Dont use Blonze, Instead use simple text with somehow good patterns (search on google) and use some outer black glow and with 50% opacity, use stroke, bg looks dull so add a good c4d too and write .com in small letters with small size.
