Unfortunately we had to suspend your vps due to overloading.
Your scripts are heavy and eat a lot of resources.
I would recommend you to get a small dedicated server for your needs.

As far i know it's only for webhosting purpose & not for Rapidleech.

I didnot try ftp upload before I only do remote upload to Filehost
I never had any issue wid any file host include Filesonic
but since I bought vps from knowinserver I m facing this issue and I had complaint about it also.

Just get your vps directly from netdirekt.de for $27~ and you wont regret it full private vps, no overselling or overload issue and awesome server and no intteruption
