That doesn't means that we aren't professionals. Fact is if you see it clearly, he has been refunded twice, not gonna repeat the reasons again. He want's something more than what he pays for, if we were being unprofessional we would have had others bashing us. We just said what he wanted in reality and by that we don't become unprofessional but that was just a suggestion for him as he wasn't satisfied with what we offered him.

From what I've seen in this thread most of you just bashed the fuck out of this guy. That's not the business, that's just some kiddie business nothing else. If this is how you treat a client who isn't experienced when it comes to the Internet, you shouldn't be offering your services at all.
First of all,
The way you guys reply on the tickets is unprofessional.
The way you speak to a client on a public forum is unprofessional.
Those are the two most important things if you own a web hosting company, even more important than the website, because clients won't tell good things about the design of your website, they will tell good things about your services.
You haven't even asked him what's the downloading/uploading speed, why did he complained, etc. You just told him: "Buy a dedicated server, shared environment isn't for you".
Better do your job properly, or you guys are going to lose many clients. That's all.

I bought another one a few weeks later, I didn't renew that either and it got terminated. Then I tried to buy a third server a week later and guess what? The order wasn't approved. I was told to find another datacenter. A company like burstnet can give a reply like suck, why not BuyWindowsVPS? Honestly, this guy is really an hassle.
