As Glenn has stated if you asked for a refund twice earlier and you ordered services from them for the third time then it seems to me that you want to use their services for a week or two for free and request for a refund. Unfortunately, that is not how it works around here. You get what you pay for, they provided the services and the refund period has elapsed. Please contact their support team and talk to them politely, I'm sure they'll help you (only if you talk politely). KWWHunction members nor staff can't demand Knowin to give you a refund as they provided the services which you paid for.

Its not about arguing with him, but its about his useless bashing on us for which we have the right to speak. We already did what we could have. Again mate, we dint told him to go and buy a dedicated server, we suggested him because may be he was unaware of what he is using or what he wants is not what he is using.
Time to let you know about those questions :
This was first when he bought a US RDP.
From this, as you can see he reall does have no patience at all, and even took a refund then liked our service and ordered again.
He does know that we won't refund him without opening a Cancellation Request, which may be one of the reason that we aren't unprofessional.
Again,
We did offer him a US server, but he wanted a refund anyways, he was refunded.
He ordered again after settling down with Glenn.
Exactly after a week he is again not satisfied.
I guess now you get what we faced and still we kept out calm and tried to handle him. If you still think this is not professional, then it is.
PS: This was just because we had to prove our part.
