    Default Have U Faced Problems With BuyWindowsVPS.com's RDP?

    I Bought One US RDP From Them, Faced Problem Then Took Refund....Everybody Said To Buy There NL Server, The Speed Is Good There...So I Change My Mind And Bought A NL Server Again...Same Thing

    So I Wrote Them Bout The Problem:

    I've Taken Refund Lately, But Everybody Said It's Good, Thats Why Bought Again...But I Can't

    Please Can I Get Refund?

    We have already dealt many issues with you. No one on the same server is complaining about it except you. When you are using the RDP why would you take to someone else's words? We always said if you don't like it get refund. You experienced the good speeds and stick to us. But now again you started this. We will think about it and let you know about it soon.

    Filesonic speeds are not dependent on the server but the location. NL doesn't has great speeds to FSO and also if speeds are slow then FSO might have some issues and not our server. It is not even a week and you started this mess again. We made a mistake by taking you back. Glenn will decide about this and we will let you know about it.
    According To There Reply It's Just Me, Nobody Ever Complained Bout There Server


    So All I'm Asking Is This Just Me Facing Support And RDP Navigation Problem From Buywindowsvps.com? or Anybody Else Faced The Same As Me?

    I'm using their NL rdp for over a month now. No problems with download/upload speed or rar speed for me.
    Btw, it's horrible no horroble.

    i have faced same problem with 3rdp guys
    every one telling one thing may be this is good idea for them to help them self from complaining here. Not to get their reputation spoiled.

    they says "no one is complaining exept you"
    i heard this with 3 rdp providers.

    Pankaj : Faced many problem s/w not working, says hdd full if i complain no one getting errors exept you. no one complaining about slow rar;s exept you.
    no one having problem with slow downloads.


    videoautoblogs : speeds are great rar speeds also great no one having problem with winrar as slow.

    other guy i dont remember : working great no errors or reports till now why only you getting error in rdp.


    LOL may be they are saying this kind of things to all coustomers.
    we think that some thing problem with us and keeps silent.


    This is all because of providing rdp's to members more than required.

    Perhaps you should think a bit more like you are in their position. I personally the owner of buywindowsvps and I can vouch for him, even though he is a competetor, he is one rare people that has the knowhow and the experience on how to make a hosting company work. They already offer a way to good service for what you pay, if you are not happy then thats your fault, get yourself a dedi and see how far you get

    @elpirata, ffs, if you think they oversale, don't purchase from them. Get your own personal dedi and then talk about speeds. It's easy to talk but not deliver.

    Okay, let me explain it to you.

    The server which you are on is working pretty much fine and all the issues have been resolved at the starting itself. We keep on checking for the abusers and stop them using whole lot of resources. It is true that you are the one who has this problem.

    We are not going to post your tickets which you opened and how much trouble you keep us with. Once you say refund me, and we say kindly wait till our sales team gets on. In the mean while you create many replies and tickets. Once the sales team refunds you, you start saying you don't want a refund and want to stick to a server. Now again we took you back and again you started opening tickets for silly things.

    We have always been here to support our customers as far as possible and all the issues were resolved. Now again you started saying I want a refund, and in the same ticket you said shift me to a US server. What should we do with such a customer?

    Where does oversale come from now?? We never over sell our servers and we always have 4 users per HDD and sales depend on the plans chosen by the customers.

    We aren't into this business to scam $35. We have refunded to those whoever wanted to and EVEN to YOU not once but TWICE. If you don;t like our service kindly don't come back to us. Talking about you, first you ordered a US server and said RS speeds are slow and then took an NL server and now you are saying FSO speeds are slow lol. I hope people know what that means

    @AppleS, No. You were wrong and we have many happy customers around and what we say is not wrong or nothing to save our reputation.
