    Bashing? Most of them aren't our clients and moreover they just meant to make him understand what he dint understood.

    Treating a client when it comes to the Internet, if you ask any of our clients you may come to know how we do offer our service and how do we provide our support to them.

    Coming to the unprofessional topic :
    We aren't here to provide support either ways, we have our own site to manage these things, its him who got this topic in here. He want's a refund, sure he can. He did twice before too. We won't be denying to refund him as it is solely on his satisfaction. Even though we have a 24hrs refund policy still even if any of our clients isn't satisfied we do provide them a partial refund.

    And we do know that clients review about the service and support and not about the design or the layout of the side.

    Asking about downloading/uploading speed, what can you expect more from a guy who had the same problem before too.

    On a note, We do our best to provide support to anyone who even is new to this. Some people aren't aware of somethings, but we don't treat them as if they are inexperienced but we help them with each and every possible way we can.

    Did we deny him to refund him? Did we deny him to move? Been two times and we dint.

    "Buy a dedicated server, shared environment isn't for you".

    Again, as a matter of fact that's just a suggestion of what he want's. Just a suggestion and nothing else.

    And yes, we are doing our job properly that's why we have our clients with us till now and supporting us till now.

    PS: Nothing against you mate. Just some thing which you may have misunderstood.

    Also no hard feelings for elite from our side, there's always an up and down, its just that you never know when that is gonna come to you. Elpirata, just for your future reference mate, don't open a thread like this, just make your self clear to the staff and whatever you want from them you will have it, just in a polite way.

    Well kinda weird that this thread is open for 8 pages. I would just say that this elpirate guy doesnt have much know-how still he goes to buy different VPS/RDPs asks other on SB how are the speeds & all, than start bashing his hoster, last day or may be day b4 that I was present in CB/SB & elpirate was just saying useless stuffs & was arguing with Arikarin for good time. Arik replied nicely but this elpirate seriously was pain in ass at that time, he was just blaming & than was mentioning I dont care & stuffs though later on; he settled down himself

    @ Jason, you havent seen much of this guy(elpirate). You are right he doesnt know much of stuffs about internet but still he acts as if he has used around 100s of diff VPSs/RDPs & is kinda leet into it. You should have seen him chatting around in CB. Arik was replying him nicely but the way elpirate was talking in CB he was seriously annoying not only to Arik but for others. I was like wtf is this guy upto

    @elpirate, Dude if u dont like service just take a refund (if available). Just dont ask others whats thr speed to FS & all, coz various stuffs affects this speed.

    If you read what I said earlier,
    This guy has asked for a refund twice and was refunded and now this is the 3rd time he is asking for a refund. Doesn't it mean that he wants to use services for free ? Order a RDP use it for 1-2 weeks and then ask for a refund, then again sign up use for some days and ask for a refund..
    This is not business...

    We have the right to decline services to such a user.
    And if this is Un-Professional for you then fine, We may be unprofessional
    but that wont stop us from growing big.

    Also, You said we can loose clients, Yes If we loose clients like elpirata we will be happy about it.


    And, Speaking about growing business or loosing clients,making money, being professional etc besthostingforums.com threads speak about it.

    You were refunded twice, even though we have a refund Period of 24 hours, you were refunded even after 1 week.

    So as said, You were refunded twice and wont be refunded for the 3rd time because if we refund you now, you will again order our service and again ask for a refund. Morever we provide refund within 24 hours only.

    Even when you think that client you're dealing with is a dumb fuckhead, there's no need to argue with him on a public forum. Everything could be said in few words, but no, you guys decided to argue with him and tell him how he should buy a dedicated server. I haven't even seen a proper question from you guys, you should have asked him on which sites does he experience slow speeds, is the upload speed ok, etc.

    And of course, our friendship has nothing to do with this.

    Well, He chose to solve this issue on a Public forum.
    And dude, We need not ask him what sites he uploads to etc
    Because I am aware of him, As said this is not the first time, but 3rd time.
    And Yeah if a client tries to cheat you than Yeah you have the sole right to call him a spammer or cheater or whatever...
