never add admin cp to robot txt files or mod cp info

here is mine if u have no vbseo installed delete the very last line

simply copy the text into a note pad rename it to robots.txt upload to root of your site.

if your files are in a forum directory add forum to each line after disallow:

if files are in root directory leave as it is.
