Well in Now Days Site Has Some Organic Traffic Which Gives Me Not Good Downloads But Decent Downloads....... Till Now Not Used Any DDL Submissions.

When you will put your hopes to ddl then yeah it will help you at first but you will be better off using DDL for the first few months and then hope for direct traffic.
As soon as you start new site you should do SEO or hire some pro 2 do it.
Dont spend your money on ads,well not at first,use this money to optimize your site and after that is done then get some descent ad spots
