PHP Coder - Script Fix

Hey guys , I need a coder to fix some bugs + modify a script slightly .

* Good in PHP ( mostly automated scripts )
* Knows how to fix upload/download plugins


1. One of my upload plugins stopped working and needs to be fixed

2. Picture url change , i.e : take a picture url (****.jpg/png) , upload it to lulzimg or any other then replace .

3. Fix 1-2 other minor bugs
