Need great uptime offshore host

Hello,
I am a web designer and i have a good amount of clients. Most of the sites are small while a few are gaining momentum. I need offshore hosting coz some of my websites use nulled scripts.

I was with wrzhost first and was satisfied.. dey transferred me to 1plus1hosting and i was very satisfied there too now it seems they r transferring us to 2by2host.com which is onshore hosting, so i am in a lil mess.

My Priority order for Service

1. Shared Hosting only
2. Great uptime
3. considerable amount of addon and parked domains
4. Good number of mysql and email accounts
5. good support

I am ready to compromise on space and bandwidth

I would be paying by paypal

I am with https://hostrail.com/ - I have been with them for a month now and not once has my site been offline. Their support is great i always get a 2-4 hour response time in the support hours. Their minimum package will do fine for what you need.
