For me it would be none of those in the poll.

my favorite of all time is HTC HD2 or HTC HD7

why ?
because they both have 4.3 inch display 1ghz Processor (more than enough) and you can install on them various Operating systems.
They are awesome for gaming they have a great battery life 2-3 days while playing or watching movies when you are traveling.

Next on the list would be the Iphone 4 i am really looking forward to the new generation of iphone in september 2011.
