There is a simply and easy fix for this:

1. This is caused by lines in the .htaccess file. The server is running phpsuexec so therefore you can not put any php flags in .htaccess. On or off. (including register globals)
Other solutions include:
2. Remove any log file more than 2MB.
3. Set the permissions of the folders to 755 and the files to 644.
4. If still the problem persists after checking the above 2 steps, check/delete any .htaccess file.
5. If still the problem persists after checking the above 3 steps, check if the settings such as the path are correctly set in your PHP script.
