Hello every one i want a man that can design a website for me completely i mean its programming domain entry etc everything
I just need a website where people can only comment Just like Blog
I want to put my uploading(posts) there people can only Comment on them without any registration

Please tell me all detail

get a domain for $10 a year from namecheap. buy some hosting for around $20 a month. upload wordpress. install it. post your uploads there. oh you'll need a skin for wordpress too.

that is something you could easily do yourself man.. as Occult said.. go to Namecheap and find a nice domain name and buy it... then simply find a reliable webhost tht allows warez linking (there are several on the KWWH forums) and shared hosting in the cpanel has Fantastico which will install Wordpress for you,pick a nice template either from the admin panel of wordpress,or search google for somerthing you like and thts pretty much it
