I bought a new Domain http://funingallery.com .This site contains all type of image galleries like funny,amazing,sports etc.But iam confusing about one thing.I need to make it as a forum or a blog

Make it a blog, buddy.
That kind of content on a forum plataform would suck. Switching from thread to thread to watch funny pictures, only based on the title, is messy.
Besides, time is a really, really high value on the internetz.

Go for the blog, it's more organized and user-friendly. Your project surelly will benefit.
