Is there a minimum file size to have $ paid to?
For example you have to have a 5mb + file before $ is earned if anything from 0-5mb doesn't count.
Is this the case with Wupload?

You can change your plan once a week.

Scroll down to "Payment Information" and there's a drop down menu where you can change your payment plan!
