I will reiterate that we do not cut downloads, period.
If your files were generating between $2 - $4 and now you are receiving $0.7 - $0.8 per day, I would take a close look at type of content you are uploading, and also take a look at where your downloads are coming from. Please do not take my suggestions the wrong way, as it is useful information to some users. I don't take affiliate suggestions as criticism (and I don't take criticism to heart, as it lets me know where we need to improve), and neither should affiliates.
We are striving to become the best filehost, and still pay higher than the majority of filehosts out there and offer custom earnings plans for active affiliates - which is what brought the majority of you here in the first place - as well as offer personalized support which is almost unheard of in the filehost world.
It is unfortunate that we are facing issues at the moment, but such is the nature of running an extremely popular filehost. We are doing all in our power to fix these issues in a timely fashion, some are more stubborn than others, but with some patience, we will overcome!
It's not that it needs to be kept a secret, it's just that it would be entirely too time consuming to check on the value of a sale for every affiliate that PMs me asking to find this out.
I would rather our techs be focused on the usability of the site as opposed to tracking down sales values! I'm sure you can appreciate this.
We provide you with the number of sales to give you an idea of which plan would be best suited for you. If you are receiving on average a sale a day, or one every few days, I would suggest giving Advanced a try!

hi willy , i wont complain about nothing
great service, im using only wupload and filesonic and for the first time i saw an increasing of downloads at filesonic and a decreasing for wupload ...for me its new this, everytime i got more downloads from wupload and not filesonic, maybe its that cuz now many people having premium acounts or maybe the new strategy waiting time 30 min... but much probably cuz now everybody has wupload premium account
even myself i made 55 sales
great service and we are waiting for the FTP improved

I'm fed up with it. The FTP is pure crap.
I decided to go back to my previous host. No more of this joke of a company.
yes, Wupload is a joke, a very bad one.
I was starting to make some sales but I can't continue working with such an unreliable company. Uploading to your servers is a fucking pain in the ass.
I'm tired on your blah blah on how hard wupload is working to fix a problem that your technicians, if there's actually any, seem to have no clue on how to fix.
As a premium member, I would like to ask you why the heck I get faster speed as a free user than as a premium member?. This happens far too many times to be just an occasional glitch.
If you really wana impress your audience, wupload's next surprise should be a ftp that actually works..
I hope this isn't asking too much to your technical staff.

I assure you, however, I do have a tech team which are HIGHLY competent. I understand that it is hard to empathize with the work they do and assess the quality of it when you are on the user end of of the screen dealing with the issues as opposed to being the people solving them.
Now, as for your speed comment... is this with upload or download?
