The cookies will definitely be better for your digestion than regular ones, but there are far better sources of fiber than digestion cookies.

They are not sugar free. They contain sugar. A lot of sugar, just like all kind of cookies. Sugar, sugar and even more sugar. Enjoy the sugar

They're just a different type of biscuits to be honest. If you're cooking something that requires digestive biscuits, put honestly, any other plain biscuits would do too.

basically baby cookies,if u wanna make cheesecake tho use graham crackers not baby cookies lol
