Filesonic Deleted some of my files! Please Help :(

Okay so i logged in yesterday to find out that about 8 of my files have been deleted due to DMCA. The thing is I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL regarding the deletion of files. I upload Hentai. And the reason why my files were deleted - there are officials of DMCA browsing planetsuzy. So i removed my thread from planetsuzy and now my files are not being deleted ( I've posted the same thread in othre forums too )

1. I didnt get any email from them. Should i be worried? Will they ban my account on the next payment date ?

2. Do you guys always receive an email when your files get deleted?

3. Do you think its safe to re upload those files and post them again ( not in planetsuzy ofcourse)

FileSonic delete files for no reason. They delete random files.

Well many of mine got deleted too from time to time. but mine didnt get banned yet if they get dmca they will remove the files as a responsible host.

LOL! Makes sense. Hmmm. yea i guess they're browsing some good porn sites as well? PS undoubtedly...its one of the biggest one out there. Its all so confusing, I had uploaded the same file in oron in pornBB, it is completely safe but while it was on PS(Filesonic) it got deleted due to DMCA. @_@

omg really? Now thats something i didnt know about. Thanks for the info. I could use oron as a backup for all my files, I'm a premium out there.

What exactly will you wait? All you can get is speculations. None of members know for sure (100%) how they work on the other side.
That isn't discussion, it's only a speculation.
For example, Usershare always claim how everything is working on their side, both uploading and downloading. Try to download and upload one file. NOT working.
They also copy paste some random 'payments' info, and no one knows who those people are, and are they real, because you won't see one positive comment about payments. Everyone is complaining that they DIDN'T got their payments, while usershare claims opposite. Usershare was an example of proven and scam file-host, I don't want to throw mud on Filesonic, because I don't have anything to prove, this or that.
Point, you don't know for sure what is happening on the other side.
It could be human error, it could be 100s of different things. All you can, for real, is speculate.

Also, files deleted by DMCA are completely normal, if there's a copyright on them, which is the case in 99% of stuff being uploaded. Why is that surprising for you?

Umm, wait for the next week's payment ? If i get it at least i know I'll be safe *Sigh*
So Easy-Share is a scam? Damn i didnt know that. I've been using it for the bulldozer project ( Torrent Leech )

Have you guys ever thought about registering with a trustworthy filehoster to back up all your files - solely for that purpose?
I got a Bitshare premium account solely for backups of all my files. Why Bitshare? Because it saves premium users' files for an unlimited time and the direct remote upload to all major hosts (FileSonic, FileServe, Oron, etc..) is working fine.

Now don't get me wrong, when it comes to making money with filehosters, don't go for BitShare. I don't share or distribute my BitShare links. This is solely for backups.
