I wonder how they like their documents being leaked. It would make my year if they sued over this.

I believe this is for the privacy of the leakers, and the site's security. If one may leak such sensitive information they may put potential leakers in grave danger...

+1 CuraHack, exactly what I was thinking. No one would leak from inside wikileaks if they are liable for 12 million for damages caused.
