Help with redirects

I have just put my phpbb3 forum over to vb and of course the old url's no longer work.

Is there any way that http://*****.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4035 can be redirected to the new forum front page. Think getting a redirect tothe thread would be impossible but if someone selects a link from a DDL site in the old format could it be redirected to open the front page of the new forum. The forum name has not changed just the forum type.
