Selling InstaWarez.net - $30 BARGAIN

Hello The Warez Community,

I am quickly trying to sell my site "InstaWarez.net", it has decent traffic with around 800 Uniques per day, it is rated Google Page Rank 1 and is 3* on Katz Downloads, all it would take to drag the uniques up to 3000 is some recent submissions to katz, I have been without internet the past month or so, so I have not been able to keep the submissions rolling.

The site often has around 15+ guests and 5+ members online

I am selling the domain name and the file / database backup.

This site is a perfect buy for somebody who wants to start a warez site without going through all the trouble of setting it up and doing all the SEO.

BIN: $30, don't be afraid to negotiate.

PS: I have recently started making vBulletin skins, I am still practicing but if/when I nail one I'll throw it in for free.

Blame Plutost. Lol the hosting sucks and it doesn't load for like every one in three people, I just don't have the money to run it anymore.

I was unable to keep it updated for a month or so, a few updates and it'll be back to it's primer glory (3000-5000 uniques per day).

Also notice the bottom where it says:
BIN: $30, don't be afraid to negotiate.

Next time read more than the thread title and get your facts straight.

EDIT: I would also like to point out that a lot of traffic from the middle east and the US seems to be blocked by the host (plutost), I thought the fact that they are one of the longest running hosts here on KWWH would mean they would be good, but they are by far one of the worst hosts I have ever used.

And I have already had two offers both for the BIN price, I am just waiting to see who else replies first as the people that offered may be unavailable to buy the site, happened to me before..

I've had two offers for the asking price and one looks really promising, however if the buyer ends up not buying I would not go that low.
PR1 Domains by themselves are worth $20-30, so you're practically getting the database free.
