Added after 4 minutes:

I submited a ticket, then 3 hours later, i got a reply"Hello there, try to reboot it, and check again.". Shit, i alread rebooted and even rebuild the os many times.

And i got even worse speed, took me about 25 minutes to download a 10 mb test files .
And 2 more hours later, i still get no reponse.

How poor the plan and support, please either solve the problem immediately or refund me.

Trust me they are a scammer their services sucks, i hosed my site in their shared hosting and it usually get down and dns sucks, also their VPS sucks, and bought another VPS and they scamed me they didn't activated it...
don't use them, that's all.

My tickets were closed. No explaination from Thehosting.me staff.
My service was terminated. No explaination from Thehosting.me staff.
My Money is nowhere.

I already made paypal complaint against the case. Ppls please learn from this lesson

They deliver account immediately, this is true. Instant.

They'll give you answer intime if you're very lucky , and for most time, you had to wait a long time. And even worse is their support is useless.

Again, mt tickets were closed, my service terminated without any explaination. And my money is still in their paypal account.
