well first let me tell u in detail i bought Sborg Hosting from sborgx.info from RKO on March 11 2011

the servers are working fine since may 10 and their support was also satisfactory

i had paid two invoices too...

but since 10 may the servers are down...

i submitted two tickets to them via client area but not yet a single reply came.....

what to do now??? i had spent my money in buying of those server but now it is frustrating me...

is any other people here who bought servers from sborgx.info and now down?? if yes then plz share your views here

i think my server is related with Encipher From ihostrl.net

but the thing is that Sborgx.info is working fine but no staff is really giving me reply

what to do now????

plz guyz tell me a solution
