i want to know one thing that can we apply such permissions that the admins and moderators can pm to any one but users can not pm to any one they can pm only to the admins and moderators and the moderators and staff team can use signatures others cant if other wants signature then their signature will be set by the admin?
can we do apply such permissions if then how
