VBulletin Post/Thread Editor Problem

Hello iam new on VBulletin and have a
Some Problems with the configuration.

The biggest Problem is that if i will make a new Thread linke this here in my VB it shows Smileys like this here ---------------------------------------->

And second problem is the buttons

Bold,Insert Link,Remove Link,Insert Image,Insert URL

and so on is not showing icons that are only Text.......

same as Post Icons that are all Text no Icons?!



What must i make to Fix this Problem?!

I hope anyone can Help me.

Right click on "Bold" click view image, you'll see it says "404 not found", remember the directory and upload the editor icons in that dir.

I have big problem with the Installation i a Man here that can give me via Teamviewer a Short Help to Look what is wrong


On Default Installation is the same Problem NO ICONS!!!
