    @JJJ

    I never said i want a filehost which ignores dmca requests, That's not even the discussion here all i wanted to know was if "Filesonic" has some problem like hotfile did jest before they started banning there members it's been weeks i din't get any emails saying files are removed, Then all the sudden i get emails saying files removed that too so many at once lol any one wood wonder if they used hotfile before they started banning people

    And if i wanted them to satisfy me i wood jest ask them to give me a bloKWWHob lol

    And like you said it's legal but even though people do it anyway if people stopped sharing
    Then you wont see any warez sites around, I may not know anything about business but i do know one thing filehosts like "Filesonic" get there most traffic the stuff you call legal

    Most file hosts, after receiving a dmca, ban all the files with the same md5. This is nothing new. It just makes life easier for them, as there are less requests. Its also nothing new.

    If you want a decent filehost that is stable and has an well-built infrastructure of its own, I suggest you have a look at Rapidshare. Although the likelihood is you won't because that wouldn't be good 'business' for you. Well, sharing is caring and until people learn that, I hope your files continue to be deleted.

    Filesonic will ban you if you re-upload the same content a couple times

    @masterbate56 makes no sense , topic wasn't about uploading same file bak2bak it was about the files we upload getting removed faster than before even with md5 changed ................. iv been uploading files for 8 months and never got any account banned unless hotfile (common for everyone)

    @JJJ

    You want a file host that will ignore dmca requests and still pay you. Not gonna happen. They built a business and will not throw it away to satisfy you. In the next while you guys will be saying eff fso they suck and move onto the next one that pays. Leech all the money you can then move onto the next one. Just like you guys always do (majority, not all).
    rightly said JJJ
