No it doesn't, they send you checks. But who cares honestly. Money is Money. You can set your payout to a minimum of even $25.00 if you really wanted to. I haven't received a check from them yet, but I know they pay because Katz uses them .

I would much rather to prefer not having ads on my site altogether but with me getting a new server, the bills gotta get paid, so you need to do what you need to do lol.

But yea if your looking for a reliable service that you know will pay you 100% and on time, then your best bet is to go with them. And the great thing is that there isn't even many sites listed on the network, perhaps 3-4k, which is very minimal. So the chance of your site getting offers is pretty good.
