Opening a dispute on Paypal doesn't resolve in a refund.

After escalating it to a claim, Paypal tells you it's a virtual service you bought which not applicable for a refund and closes your dispute.

I lost some days ... and one friend use only one day, but he open one dispute and get all the money back.
