perl modules help

* IO::Select
* IO::Socket::INET
* File::Basename
* Getopt::Long
* Cwd
* XML::Simple
* XML::DOM

I need the following PERL modules, but having a hard time finding it :(

also, please tell me do I need to install these modules through webmin CPAN or through ssh?
