well yes its for true but Youtube mainly only accepts TV Channels, producers, Fan made series etc

Mostly channels who get 100,00,000 views on their videos within first 3 days of upload or even more fast gets qualified

It's very difficult to get accepted for this program, without the views/subscribers. There are more profitable ways of using YouTube alongside Facebook and generic SEO tactics - good luck
