    Default Stupid Question

    Hi guys,

    very stupid question but i cant find the answer,
    i have a site and a favicon named: favicon.ico
    but my site is not adding it as favicon.

    Is there any code i need to add to the html
    or anything to force it to appear as i've tried
    about 100 different methods but i cant find it.

    favicon is located @ http://{baseurl}/favicon.ico

    Please help i feel like a noob
