Buying windows VPS for my service.

I?m a seller of windows VPS and have many clients, i need someone that can provide me the windows VPS (unmanaged) so i can continue selling.
I need specs equal or similar to:

Ram: 4GB (2GB will do the job but i prefer 4GB).
HardDisk: 200GB (i need 200GB minimun).
Shared Port: 1Gbps
Bandwith: unlimited (something like a limitation of 10Tb can do the job too).
O.S: Windows 2008 server (i prefer enterpirse version).
Encoding allowed (i can be interested on VPS to not encode but expect a lower price).

I will buy many VPS (not only one) since my actual provider can?t supply more VPS.
