Help required for kloxo default ftp account

as mentioned above the default ftp account i.e. kloxo cpanel login acc is not working well . all i get is "530 Login authentication failed
"
i tried creating another ftp acc for admin. but still same error. but if i create a client and use the test acc's ftp, it works fine.


pls need help .
