simple solution to this issue,make a rule on your community that the owner of the site does not like an over abundance of ???????? or .......... and will result in being banned. One of 2 things is going to happen,people will read it and abide by the new rule,or 2 will laugh and ridicule you for such a trivial matter,and ultimatly your site will fail.

My advice is to get over it,this is the internet,people are going to type in diffrent manners,most being kids.... so will use whatever tehy want wehn typinging.. inlcuding tpyos and multiple periods,explantaions and question marks!!!!!!!!! I would say if something such as that bothers you so much would be to move away from a forum based community and make a blog where you can type however you like!!!??!!!??
