my 1 vps just got suspended, i've bought the vps because of torrent and i got dmca for torrent and have resolved it. please fix this asap. thanks

Hey guys why are you not answering tickets and sorting out problems. I have a managed service but nothing is being done. Example raised a ticket #40788623/06/2011 17:04 and now it is 24/06/2011 07:33 and still no answer. One site down/ Time wrong on server/ problem with ip address you supplied.

Lets have some feed back and please sort the problems.
