    4 days is quite a long time for a refund. Wait for a couple of more days to give them a chance before opening a dispute friend

    Update: haven't heard anything back yet from Brad. He hasn't send me any email about anything that is going on, has not texted me, has not showed up online.

    I just had a technician working on our server he used KVM to change the root password of the main server to see if there was any data left...the bad news there is nothing..no logs of anyone getting into the main node, and Brad was the last person who has logged in to it.

    He is the only one that has access to paypal and alertpay accounts, everything in WHMCS is removed and I cannot track anything back about our client history. Don't think you're the only one who's scammed, I've lost my total investment as well. I'll do anything to retrieve at least the client information and the access to paypal and alertpay.


    No Hope guys.
