UltimA didn't buy the site, BUT what UltimA did do, and for this he should have the greatest respect EVER, he sorted things out with us, and let us have the .org, I know people say UltimA is a good webmaster, but for that, he is not a good webmaster, he is a good person, who we really need in this scene.

actually ultima is a great dude over all, he does what he says he will do, I use to do graphics for him 3 years back when he had his first warez site warezltd as I remember, we need more people like him on the scene, some that really care about User and for other webmaster as we are all here to provide a service, not make a quick profit. SO I say why bring this Usawarez drama here again? We should all just ignore this thread lol

USAWarez.com will be re-opening regardless of what anyone wants. The decision has been made.

USAWarez.org will be bought out or they will simply lose out.

The exposure is too poor to avoid:
Members: 9,686, Active Members: 6,724

Active members to total members ratio is not bad, however USAWarez.com used to get more signups than Etrade (1,000+/day) in it's prime. I plan on doing something above and beyond the prime of USAWarez.com

All of you who have spoken on the behalf of this I certainly took it into consideration, but USAWarez is still in my blood and I have an opportunity to do what I want now.

You want the community to grow?

Who helped spread streaming into this scene? Me...
Who is going to draw torrents into this scene? Me...

I'm not about to sit here and argue with a bunch of people who think that I'm doing the wrong thing, because the right thing is for the community. USAWarez.org can remain if they don't accept the buyout, I really don't care. I'll make USAWarez.com better, bigger, stronger, faster, more interactive & more entertaining. I draw new faces into this scene, it's what I do, and new faces for me is new faces for you.

You want to settle for the less, then that's your fault, not mine.

Also we all need to be very clear on the following:
I do not do this for the money (are you serious).
I do this because I love what I do, I think of myself as robin hood, stealing from the rich and giving to those who are less fortunate.
I do this because of you (whether you want to admit it or not, YES YOU)
I do this for the people out there suffering from sites not providing the utmost best pure quality.
I do this for the people suffering from advertisements up the ass.
I do this for the people who have to search multiple sites for torrents, streaming and warez.
I do this for YOU.
Stop hating on ME.
