    It should be legal but check your country laws, swim once discussed this on court and swim win.

    @ LongBG - I'll explain better. Someone uploads a file and posts on a forum. I go to that forum, grab the links and post them on other forums. My question is if that is illegal or not.

    @ SairasAnanas - What do you mean by the court?

    means that it was found legal in court to copy links, but it would have been illegal if you uploaded those files.
