I need a VPS with specs like the Gold Plan from EvoBoxes.net.Read here: http://www.besthostingforums.com/showthread.php?t=79165

RAM: 2.0GB dedicated RAM (2.5GB burstable)
Users per HDD: 2 or 3
Users per Server: 8 or 9

i would like to point out few things here..

The hoster is providing burstable ram , which means he is using Openvz.

And on openvz 1 can not setup containers on separate HDD,s

So this "Users per HDD: 2 or 3" is just a Show Off..

Better confirm other things before you buy , don.nt regret later.

Allan with all due respect Evo is a very respectable host, and you both get your servers from the same supplier, that being said Evo is a very trustworthy company, and i think they are adding x amount of VM's per drive no?

I meant no Disrespect to the respected host mate.
but this will still not allow any1 to add x number of VMS's per HDD.

I know we get the servers from the same supplier , and probably no1 can get the discount as we get because darren is our very old friend.

Could you Please open a ticket , I need to know which server are you on exactly as i do not want to over sell the HDD on it.

    Allan, regarding your second comment
"but this will still not allow any1 to add x number of VMS's per HDD."

I beg to differ i know several hosts that lets say for instance take a 1TB drive and split it up into 250GB slices.. so ireally dont follow your concept ? how can it not be possible.

    Hello

You need to create all the vps's manually for it.

And i doubt such big host will prefer that.

besides this , solusvm, veportal other do not support this.

Allan, all you need to do is change the location of were said system is being stored it really isnt that hard at all ? "nano /etc/vz/vz.conf" and check what drive the system is being saved to, when said drive is full of your desired plans we will use 250gb as the example still change it to the next drive.

EDIT* and vePortal doesn't support alot of things they need more deve over there

this is when you create VM manually.

not with control panels like solusvm etc...
