help needed for ipb 3.1.4

hello guys yesterday i moved my forum to a new host and after having my forum restored from a backup my forum went messy after just 30 min i can't seem to understand what's causing this error http://screensnapr.com/v/UYRTzc.png

my acp login and all stuff looks messy images don't load

i've tried this i've look at cache folders its properly chmodded wondering what could be causing this

the prob has been solved thanks to deathbliss the issue is due to minify,i'm currently using forum with minify turn off i hope someone can help me solve the minify issue

Minify issue is often caused by some function that shouldn't be disabled or because PHP SAPI incompatibility.

Is fpassthru disabled in php?
Is php using Apache with SuExec?
Is suhosin installed?

I wouldn't put it pass that suhosin is the issue, always usually is.

I was going to say, If you just changed the DNS, could of been a DNS propagation issue, but if you disabled this mod and all is working then that is apparently the cause and something is restricting the use.

Contact your host for some information;

Better yet;

Create a file: info.php

Provide a link;

Do you have an error_log in your root directory? That can give errors to as why.

i was on a friend vps before everything was working fine,newera was managing the vps well i've read on some boards that some hosts servers have issues with minify we can switch it off and use it,i'm using the option load javascripts from google servers and i see speed is better than before,i'll try what you said tomorrow and let you know what happened thanks
