Run a repair on the table and see if that fixes it.
You can use phpmyadmn. You can also repair all tables just to be sure that is the only one.
The only other option s the user does not have full permissions for the database the table is in.

facebook.comCHMOD the file to 777, that should solve the problem.
You should have an option that says chmod, if not, open your directory in ftp, right click the file, properties and you should be able to set the permissions there to read, write and execute.
