from the past 1 yr i hosted my site in hostgator but i got a mail from dem tht

my hosting will removed if i get naother mail regarding DMCA complaints so i need to transfer my whole site from HOSTGATOR

MY SITE IS A WAREZ LINKING

and should receive less DMCA complaints....is tht possible??? i mean is it dependent on hosting location??

DMCA is not location dependent. The best location for warez is Russia and Netherlands according to me.

DMCA can do nothing in countries like Panama, China, Sweden and some other.
