    Default Alertpay or paypal ? Which is Best for an Indian

    Hi all,
    I am an Indian, new to payment systems like alertpay,paypal etc
    I reg in paypal n alertpay. My both accnts are not-verified.
    I have a debitcard from bank of india.
    I am getting this error in pp when i tried to add my card
    This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.
    any help?

    also if i got a card from International bank, which is the best alertpay or paypal ? i heard alertpay charges 20$ for withdrawal. Does paypal got any shit like tat ?

    Paypal charges Rs. 50 if the withdraw is less that Rs. 6,999. If it is above Rs. 7,000 then the transaction fee is not charged.

    Yes PP Supports all indian bank especially if the bank provide you an IFSCI Code because without this code you can't verify your PP.

    Paypal is still best for indians.

    Every bank has IFSCI code, its alloted by RBI

    I will choose paypal as it only charges INR 50 for withdrwal.

    If you are adding Debit Card, make sure it has VISA or MASTERCARD Logo on it. Many banks provide debit card with Maestro logo, which is not accepted.

    Contains master card logo. Global Debit cum ATM card

    Paypal supports all banks which have NEFT code.
