Help need My kaspersky Block some of warez site. like desiwarez when posting, warezsense, hotfileserve etc . I can not post. Is It risky to stop kaspersky protection & post those forum?

No they are not.
It's just the anti-piracy guys reporting these sites to Kaspersky so users stay away from downloading pirated stuff.
